The illiteracy rate in our country is very high with most schools in our country lacking basic facilities. On top of all of this they often have overcrowded classrooms. We have partnered with EduSport Youth who are raising funds to build a literacy centre for those less fortunate.

Story
When the Sports for Lives foundation presented us with a platform to be able to help, we hopped on board without hesitation. We took a while to decide what we were going to do to gain a large audience. We then decided to play basketball for 6 hours straight to try raise funds for the initiative
We have partnered with Masinyusane and EduSport Youth as they are non profit organisations who look to do better for people who are less fortunate
We often take for granted what we have and this campaign is for us to show that the little things we take for granted are things that other kids wish for. We will be playing basketball for 6 hours straight.
Our campaign goal is R2500 but will obviously accept anything above and create opportunities for those who donāt have.
