We, the U19A Buffalo City Boys’ Water polo Team, are passionate about polo and we are extremely passionate about supporting children who have been diagnosed with Cancer.
Join us in our Swim for Lives campaign on Thursday the 28th of November 2024, as we swim for 24 hours to raise valuable funds for CHOC (CHILDHOOD CANCER FOUNDATION SOUTH AFRICA).
We aim to complete over 2500 lengths over the course of the 24-Hour swim and by doing this we aim to raise R 48 000 (R2000 per hour that we swim) so that children with cancer can be supported and taken care of without their loved ones having to worry about the financial implications.

Story
The big driving force behind our CHOC initiative is an incredibly strong girl named Isabella Grace Esterhuyse from Stirling Primary. She was diagnosed with cancer at the beginning of this year and has been an absolute inspiration to our water polo team. She is the reason behind why our water polo team is wanting to raise valuable funds to support other children just like her.
The funds raised on this day will go to CHOC! This will enable more children battling cancer to get the support and essential resources that they need.
