Izah Roux U13 KZN Waterpolo Goalkeeper raises awareness for Period Poverty

Izah Roux, an u13 KZN Waterpolo Goalkeeper wanted to raise awareness for Period Poverty in South Africa and doing so, helping adolescent girls to stay in school without interruptions caused by menstruation.

Izah recently participated in the ITP Waterpolo tournament.

The funds raised went towards Izah’s goal of being able to purchase 1000 packs of sanitary pads.
