Tries for lives is a campaign to raise money for Eqinisweni primary school in Inanda. The DPHS u11 rugby age group will raise money towards the school’s chess and netball programme for the 2024 season. We would like to urge the DPHS community to get involved in what will be another worthwhile campaign for a very deserving school.

Story
Eqinisweni Primary School is situated in the township of Inanda in Durban. It is a school that accommodates more than a thousand pupils, and was formerly run by catholic nuns.
The aim of the campaign is to assist the school with some equipment for their chess and netball programme i.e. chess pieces, netball kit, bibs and balls. The school was fortunate enough to have an area refurbished during a previous campaign, and it is because of this that we are able to launch another one this year to put resources to good use.

Well done to the U11 DPHS Rugby Boys for scoring 96 tries in total this season . The campaign is raising money for Eqinisweni Primary School\'s chess and netball programmes.
