Hatfield Christian School is excited to host its first 24-hour swimathon on the 25th of October! As a school, we believe in living beyond ourselves, and this year, we’ve chosen an incredible cause to support: BibleProject isiZulu.*

BibleProject isiZulu creates impactful content that helps people understand and live out the Word of God, equipping the church of Jesus Christ in South Africa. Our goal is to raise R36,000 to support their work, helping make God’s Word accessible to as many people as possible.

Here’s how you can get involved:

We’ll have two lanes in our school pool, and with the help of our swim team—and your participation—we’ll see how many laps we can complete in 24 hours. Parents and sponsors are encouraged to pledge an amount per lap, or you can make a one-time donation.

Even if you won’t be swimming, everyone can contribute by raising awareness and building momentum around this cause. We invite everyone to join us for 24 hours of fun and fundraising by the pool!

Start time: 12:00 PM, Friday, 25th October

End time: 12:00 PM, Saturday, 26th October

Location: Hatfield Christian School pool

Goal: R36,000 for BibleProject isiZulu

Tuck-shop: Open during parts of the event
