Story

Who: Ubuko was diagnosed with viral meningitis at the youthful age of 3 and this resulted in him losing both of his legs and 7 of his fingers. He has since been able to  acquire prosthetic legs. You can imagine how difficult it must be to do daily tasks such as picking up a pen and writing with it as well as extracurricular activities such as tennis, cricket or just even playing an instrument with just three fingers.Even Though Ubuko is physically disabled he is still able to maintain a positive mentality which would be difficult for most people to do if they were in a similar type of situation. What are we doing to contribute: We would like to make a positive  impact on his life by helping to contribute to the funding of his prosthetic arm (in total costs around R600 000). How you can contribute:  You can contribute towards this campaign by donating a once off amount now or you can pledge . We are asking for R60 an hour which would result in a maximum donation of R240.
